Brilliant royal blue dye used for colouration of linen | cotton shirtings and workwear. Sensitive to hard water and high temperature. Sodium nitrite or glucose must be added in the dye bath to prevent over-reduction. Addition of 2 g/L soda ash to the soaping bath is recommended.
